Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background to promote and sell industrial products and solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring effective solutioning and successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors
Promote and sell mechanical products, equipment, and engineering solutions
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive order closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for smooth execution
Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Chemical Engineering candidates may also apply)
Experience
1–5 years in technical sales / industrial sales

Skills Required
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
