Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and drive business growth for our EPC projects in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in chemical engineering along with proven expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue generation within EPC environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence
Identify new business opportunities in the chemical and process industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Lead end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with engineering, project, and procurement teams for customized solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/business development within EPC companies
Strong understanding of chemical/process industry projects
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and large-scale project discussions
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling turnkey projects and industrial clients
Strong network within the chemical manufacturing industry
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
