Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Thane Experience: 5–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer who can drive both design execution and communication strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to global design standards, the ability to lead a team, and experience working directly with clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative concepts, visual storytelling, and design strategies Build and implement communication strategies aligned with brand objectives Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables Work closely with clients to understand requirements and present creative ideas Create engaging designs across digital platforms (social media, branding, campaigns, etc.) Incorporate animation and motion graphics into design projects Stay updated with global design trends and apply them effectively Utilize AI tools for graphic design to enhance creativity and productivity Required Skills & Qualifications 5–6 years of experience in graphic design and visualizing Strong portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and branding work Hands-on experience in communication strategy + design strategy Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) Experience in animation and motion graphics Exposure to international/global clients or projects Strong client-facing and presentation skills Good to Have Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
